Job summary

United Business Bank Crawford Office seeks an experienced Assistant Client Service Manager to oversee daily branch operations, back up the Client Service Manager in their absence, and ensure efficient teller, new account and back-office processes. This role focuses on accuracy, customer service, staff support, and cross-selling bank products.

The ACSM reviews management reports, handles data processing issues and supports the Director of Branch Administration with special projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Teller, New Account and Operations procedures; thorough understanding of banking regulations and standard banking practices.
• Previous management experience and a minimum of 3 years bank experience in Operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations and back up the Client Service Manager in their absence.
• Actively cross-sell bank products and support staff in cross-selling efforts.
• Review management reports and daily callback, solve problems with item and data processing, assist the Director of Branch Administration with duties and projects.
