Orange County's Credit Union in Santa Ana is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to lead the Downtown Santa Ana branch with heart and hustle, delivering exceptional member service and driving daily operations. You will coach a team, promote growth, and uphold compliance while representing the credit union in the community.

Requires 3+ years in sales and customer service in banking and at least 2 years supervising staff; NMLS license and notary certification (or willingness to obtain).

As the right hand to the Branch Manager, you’ll lead with heart and hustle—driving service excellence, team performance, and business growth. You’ll be the spark that ignites a culture where every Associate owns the Member experience and every Member feels valued.

• Grow the Business: Represent the credit union in the community, cultivate relationships, and drive new Membership growth.

• Stay Compliant & Secure: Ensure branch operations meet regulatory standards and maintain a safe, secure environment.

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of sales/customer service experience in a banking/credit union institution's branch PLUS at least 2 years as a supervisor having direct reports and managing the performance of others (operations, compliance, & sales).
• Subject Matter Expert with consumer lending and fiduciary accounts
• NMLS License & Notary Certification (or willingness to obtain/renew)
• A passion for leadership, service, and making a difference
• Proven success in business development and community engagement
