Job summary

Orange County's Federal Credit Union (OCFCU) is seeking a Relationship/Personal Banker/Member Service Representative to blend service, sales, and problem-solving for members’ financial journeys. Grow with a people-first culture and competitive hourly pay.

The role emphasizes teller transactions, new accounts, and loan guidance, with a schedule that spans Monday–Saturday and daytime hours. Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Vietnamese is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recent banking or credit union experience.
• Hands-on experience with teller transactions and new account openings.
• Experience with consumer lending.
• 2+ years cross-selling and referring financial products.
• Clear, friendly communication—professional yet approachable.
• Comfortable learning and using multiple systems and platforms.
• Monday–Saturday availability with 8 AM–6:30 PM weekdays and 8 AM–2:30 PM Saturdays.

You’ll bring:

• Banking Experience:
  • 2+ years of recent experience in a bank or credit union
  • Hands‑on experience with teller transactions, new account openings, and consumer lending
• 2+ years cross‑selling and referring financial products
• Clear, friendly communication—professional yet approachable
• Tech Savvy:
  • Comfortable learning and using multiple systems and platforms
• Schedule Flexibility:
  • Monday–Saturday availability
  • Weekdays between 8 AM–6:30 PM and Saturdays 8 AM–2:30 PM

Member Service Rep IV – $23.00–$25.00 per hour

Senior Rep. I - II - $25.50 - $27.00 per hour
