Orange County's Federal Credit Union (OCFCU) in Santa Ana is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to lead with heart and drive growth. In this role you’ll work closely with the Branch Manager to deliver exceptional member experiences and strong team performance.

You’ll coach associates, manage operations and compliance, and engage with the local community to expand membership, while ensuring a secure and friendly branch environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales/customer service experience in a banking/credit union institution's branch PLUS at least 2 years as a supervisor having direct reports and managing the performance of others (operations, compliance, & sales).
• Subject Matter Expert with consumer lending and fiduciary accounts
• NMLS License & Notary Certification (or willingness to obtain/renew)
• A passion for leadership, service, and making a difference
• Proven success in business development and community engagement
