Popular is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager for the St. Thomas branch to support the Branch Manager with daily on-site operations, sales initiatives, and customer service excellence.

The role directly supervises at least 2 full-time employees and focuses on achieving branch goals, coaching staff, and ensuring adherence to banking regulations and corporate policies. This position requires a Monday–Saturday schedule, 8am–5pm, with on-site work.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Branch Manager with day-to-day administrative, operations and sales functions on a retail branch.
• Review and monitor reports to detect trends and coach accordingly.
• Oversee branch facilities, equipment, and compliance with security and service standards.
• Interact with customers and support Bank Consultant productivity.

Education
