Dollar Bank is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager in Ohio to join a comprehensive retail training program and work toward sales targets. You will partner with the Branch Manager to build a motivated sales and service team and drive a consultative sales approach.

The role emphasizes coaching, performance accountability, and strengthening customer relationships through proactive initiatives, with possible community engagement and business networking. Travel to training may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 1 year sales target track record.
• Retail banking experience preferred.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or managerial experience.
• Willingness to travel to training and valid driver's license required.

Responsabilités

• Lead the branch's development of new customer relationships by greeting customers, scheduling appointments, and outbound calling.
• Coach and motivate team members; evaluate performance and accountability.
• Support multiple branches within Dollar Bank's Eastern Market.
