World Finance is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager in Conyers, GA to support the Branch Manager and prepare for future leadership. You will drive loan sales, manage past-due accounts, assist with tax services, and work directly with customers to meet financial needs.

This role requires daily outbound calling, in-person meetings, and the ability to balance a fast-paced workload while achieving sales and collections targets; performance-based earnings and clear advancement paths are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, collections, or account management with measurable results.
• Proven ability to handle high‑volume calls and difficult conversations.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding goals in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills with accurate data entry.
• Interest in pursuing a branch management career path.

Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications and explaining terms.
• Conduct substantial daily outbound outreach for collections, tax services, and new business.
• Manage delinquent accounts and secure payments with arrangements.
• Contact borrowers to drive loan volume and cross-sell financial products.
• Prepare tax returns and assist customers with tax questions.
• Assist customers in person with applications, payments, and inquiries.
• Process payments and updates; document activity in systems.
• Maintain accurate, compliant records and tax documentation.
• Handle cash and balance deposits; perform bank runs.
• Follow policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Complete training and meet performance expectations in sales, collections, tax prep, and account management.
• Shadow Branch Manager to learn day-to-day leadership tasks.
• Mentor junior staff or support goal-setting as readiness grows.
