World Finance is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager in Buford, GA to work with the Branch Manager, drive loan sales, and manage delinquent accounts while assisting customers with tax services. The role requires daily outbound calling, in‑person meetings, and a focus on performance-based earnings and growth into leadership.

Ideal candidates have sales and customer service experience, handle high‑volume calls, and show a commitment to pursuing a branch management career.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current insurance.
• Ability to obtain required insurance licensing.

Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms, and asking for the business.
• Conduct substantial daily outbound outreach for collections, tax services, and new business generation; thrive in a high‑volume environment.
• Manage delinquent accounts by securing payments and setting payment arrangements.
• Contact approved, pending, and former borrowers to drive loan volume and identify opportunities for additional products.
• Prepare individual tax returns, gather required documents, and assist customers with tax questions.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications, tax services, payments, and issue resolution.
• Process payments, account updates, tax documentation, and document activity in company systems.
• Maintain accurate and compliant records and handle bank deposits and cash balance.
• Shadow the Branch Manager and pursue leadership opportunities aligned with branch goals.
