Job summary

World Finance seeks an Assistant Branch Manager to support the Branch Manager and lead loan sales, collections and tax services. This role involves daily in-person customer contact, high-volume calls, and building leadership and operational skills for future advancement.

The compensation is $19–$23 per hour, with performance-based bonus opportunities. It offers a real path to branch leadership and a team-focused, multitask environment in a community banking setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current insurance.
• Ability to perform bank runs independently.
• Ability to obtain required insurance licensing.

Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications and explaining terms.
• Outbound daily calls for collections and new business generation.
• Manage delinquent accounts and arrange payments.
• Contact approved, pending and former borrowers to drive volume.
• Prepare individual tax returns and assist customers with tax questions.
• Assist customers in person with loans, tax services, payments, and issues.
• Process payments and document activity in systems.
• Maintain accurate, compliant records and tax docs.
• Handle cash and complete bank deposits.
• Follow policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Complete training and meet performance expectations.
• Shadow Branch Manager to learn leadership and ops.
