World Finance is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager in Georgia to help lead a branch, drive loan sales, and manage collections and tax services. You will work closely with the Branch Manager, handling daily outreach, customer meetings, and loan closings to build leadership, sales, and operations skills.

The role emphasizes high-volume outbound calling, in-person customer service, and performance-based earnings with growth toward Branch Manager responsibilities.

• Proven ability to handle high-volume calls and difficult customer conversations.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills with accurate and consistent data entry.
• Genuine interest in pursuing a branch management career path.

Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms, and asking for the business.
• Outbound outreach for collections, follow-up, tax services, and new business generation in a high-volume setting.
• Manage delinquent accounts by securing payments and arranging payment plans.
• Contact approved, pending, and former borrowers to drive loan volume and cross-sell financial products.
• Prepare individual tax returns and assist customers with tax questions in compliance with policies.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications, tax preparation services, payments, and inquiries.
• Process payments, updates, and tax documents in company systems; balance cash and prepare deposits.
• Maintain accurate and compliant records including tax documentation and denial letters.
• Follow company policies and regulatory requirements; complete required training.
• Shadow the Branch Manager to learn day-to-day operations and decision-making.
