Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver license and transportation.
• Ability to obtain insurance licensing.
• Experience in sales, service, collections, or account management with measurable results.
• Ability to handle high-volume calls and difficult conversations.
• Track record of meeting goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills and accurate data entry.
• Interest in pursuing a branch management career path.
• Preferred backgrounds in banking, retail, hospitality, or similar roles.

Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications and explaining terms.
• Conduct substantial daily outbound outreach for collections and new business.
• Manage delinquent accounts and set payment arrangements.
• Contact borrowers to drive loan volume and cross-sell services.
• Prepare tax returns and assist customers with tax questions.
• Assist customers in person with loans, tax prep, payments, and questions.
• Process payments, updates, and tax documents in company systems.
• Maintain accurate records and issue denial letters as needed.
• Handle cash and complete bank runs for deposits.
• Follow policies and complete required training; meet sales/collections targets.
• Shadow Branch Manager to learn leadership and decision-making.
