Job summary

TruTeam is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager in Savannah, GA with an entrepreneurial mindset to support the Branch Manager in all operations. The role covers P&L, HR, quality control, sales, billing, inventory, scheduling, and collections while prioritizing safety and team development.

With 4+ years in management and full P&L experience, you’ll have opportunities for growth toward Branch Manager or Regional Leader roles; bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license required if operating a vehicle.
• 4+ years of increasing responsibility and managerial experience.
• Full P&L experience.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Branch Manager in managing the P&L and the entire operation including HR, quality control, sales, billing/receivables, inventory, loading/unloading, scheduling and collections.
• Grow your career toward roles such as Branch Manager or Regional Leader while upholding safety and people-first leadership.
• Lead Operations teams through local leaders to deliver results with low costs and high efficiency.
