TruTeam is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager in the Fort Myers, FL area to support the Branch Manager in running all aspects of operations, including HR, quality control, sales, billing, inventory, and scheduling. The role emphasizes leadership, cost control, and safety, with potential for growth into higher leadership positions.

The ideal candidate brings 4+ years of increasing responsibility and managerial experience, plus full P&L exposure.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• 4+ years of increasing responsibility and managerial experience (prefer construction/installation/trades).
• Full P&L experience.
• Bi-lingual—English/Spanish (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license if operating a vehicle for company purposes.

Responsibilities

• Assist Branch Manager in managing the P&L and overall operation (HR, quality control, sales, billing/receivables, inventory, scheduling, collections).
• Provide on‑the‑job training and support to local teams.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and efficient processes across Operations, Finance, HR, and Sales & Marketing.
• Travel regionally up to 50% as required.
