Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 1 year or more of customer facing sales experience preferred but not required.
- Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance, with satisfactory driving record.
Responsibilities
- Assist Branch Manager with recruiting and training.
- Develop and implement plans to meet sales goals while promoting core values.
- Educate customers on lending services and guide loan applications.
- Evaluate loan applications and perform risk analysis to support credit decisions.
- Relocation packages are provided for moves promoted into Branch Manager roles.
