Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in branch operations, analysis, or program/project management role.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience with strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations and ensure policies are followed.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance management for team members.
• Assist in budgeting, goal setting, and policy development.
• Maintain exceptional member service and resolve escalated issues.
• Participate in local community engagement to enhance CU SoCal relationships.
