The candidate will handle loans within authority, ensure delinquency control, and deliver exceptional service while meeting regulatory licensing requirements. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• On-site branch office work is essential (working from home is not permitted).
• 1–2 years' experience in financial services dealing with customers and managing staff.
• Ability to meet licensing requirements of various States and Federal regulators.
• Demonstrate the ability to analyze relevant information and apply judgment.
• Advanced interpersonal relationship skills across diverse social and business settings.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite products.

• Develops and assures that Branch growth, profitability goals and objectives are met.
• Manages loans including approval of customer loans and sales finance contracts within delegated authority for lending limits.
• Maintains Branch delinquency control and engages with delinquencies as appropriate.
• Delegates daily assignments of solicitation to new and existing customers.
• Oversees personnel management including hiring, termination, disciplinary actions, and salary administration.
• Exemplifies and expects impeccable customer service at all times.
• Ensures that communication is disseminated timely to all Branch employees.
• Follows up on Audit results & recommendations.

Salary: Starting at $19.00 per hour

This position leverages interpersonal skills, and business knowledge to meet the needs of our customers. This position works closely with the Branch Manager and staff to build relationships and identify the needs of customers. The Assistant Branch Manager is knowledgeable of features of products and services to drive that exceptional customer experience. The ABM interviews customers utilizing professionalism, patience, curiosity, and a results-oriented manner.

Principal Accountabilities And Key Activities

Education, Qualifications And Experience

• Serving our customers by working onsite at the branch office is an essential function of this job (working from home is not permitted under any circumstances)
• Minimum one to two (1-2) years' experience in financial services dealing with customers and managing staff personnel
• Ability to meet current Licensing requirements of various States and Federal regulators
• Demonstrate the ability to analyze relevant information and apply individual judgment
• Advanced interpersonal relationship skills at a variety of levels and greatly differing social and business settings
• Ability to maintain confidential business and personal information
• Action and result focused
• Strong communication skills (verbal / written)
• Proficient with MS Office Suite products

Desirable

• A valid driver's license and the ability to operate an automobile (unless there is no Branch Manager who can perform this function, then having a valid driver's license and the ability to operate an automobile is an essential job function)
