Responsibilities

• Support the Branch Manager in achieving profit, performance, and customer service goals.
• Coach staff to strengthen sales and operational skills.
• Oversee daily branch activity and lead the team when the Branch Manager is unavailable.
• Understand products and services and listen to the needs of prospects and clients.
• Handle customer grievances and ensure compliance with bank policies.
