Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and be accountable to create an environment where accountable employees thrive.
• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to execute strategy and communicate goals and objectives.
• Focus on the credit union's purpose and mission to create financial wellness in the community.
• Monitor branch scorecard performance, coach for success, and report to the Branch Manager.
• Assist in recruiting and retaining engaged team members who are trained and receive feedback.
