Bar Harbor Bank & Trust is seeking to fill a full-time, 40 hours per week, Assistant Branch Manager position at our Main St, Bangor, Maine Branch. The role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service, supporting banking needs, and leading staff to service excellence.

The majority of time will be at the teller line and vault management, within set limits. Qualifications include an associate degree in a business-related field and/or three years of banking experience; strong Windows skills

Qualifications

• To qualify, a candidate should have an associate degree in a business-related field and/or three years of previous banking experience.
• Customer service experience and a working knowledge of Windows are essential for this position.
• An individual who enjoys being part of a fast paced, positive team environment will be best matched for this position.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service at the branch.
• Assist with special or specific banking needs.
• Lead staff to first class service standards and help the branch meet its goals.
• Majority of time will be dedicated to servicing customers at the teller line and managing the vault within established limits.
