Qualified candidates will have banking or customer service experience, knowledge of bank products, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Must have banking, retail and/or customer service experience.
• Thorough knowledge of bank products and services.
• Understanding of cross-departmental functions.
• Self-motivated with sales and customer service aptitude.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch sales and service activities and drive customer relationships.
• Support management in day-to-day operations when leadership is unavailable.
• Identify and maximize sales opportunities to deepen relationships.
• Ensure accurate handling of transactions and compliance with bank policies.
