White Cap Management LLC is hiring an Assistant Branch Manager in Greer, SC. You will help lead branch operations, support sales and service delivery, and coordinate inventory, shipping, and billing activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in branch leadership/management.
• Experience with sales order software, preferably Oracle.
• Knowledge of construction and industrial products.
• Spanish language proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Support talent acquisition, development, and retention of branch staff.
• Manage the branch in the Branch Manager's absence and help drive sales and profitability.
• Coordinate procurement, inventory control, shipping/receiving, warehousing, and sales per org policies.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints and shipment/delivery delays; adjust resources as needed.
• Oversee branch-level operations, inventory discrepancies, and corrective actions.
• Assist customers and support counter/inside sales; ensure orders are billed accurately and timely.
• Schedule staff and monitor budgets/variances.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
