Job summary

White Cap Management LLC is hiring an Assistant Branch Manager in Concord, NH. You will support branch sales and operations, manage the branch in the Branch Manager's absence, and help drive profitability.

The role requires coordinating procurement, inventory, shipping, and customer service while ensuring accurate billing and staff scheduling. Preferred candidates have forklift experience, knowledge of Oracle-based systems, construction product familiarity, and Spanish language skills, with a 5+

Qualifications

Forklift experience preferred.
Experience with sales order software, preferably Oracle.
Knowledge of construction and industrial products.
Spanish language proficiency.

Responsibilities

Support talent acquisition, development, and retention of branch sales and operations associates.
Manage the branch in the Branch Manager's absence and assist with strategies to drive sales and profitability.
Coordinate procurement, inventory control, shipping/receiving, warehousing, and sales per company policies.
Investigate customer complaints and inventory discrepancies; adjust resources as needed.
Serve customers and support counter and inside sales; ensure accurate, timely billing; schedule staff and monitor budgets.
