Responsibilities

• Support the Branch Manager to provide a positive environment for members and branch employees per Service Standards.
• Assist with branch training and daily operations to build a high-performing team.
• Develop a high performing team that meets Texas Trust standards and cultivates a strong member portfolio.
• Provide coaching and feedback through observations and 1-on-1 conversations.
• Maintain branch cash controls, adhere to policies, and participate in audits for accuracy.
• Support community activities and credit union events to drive business development.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and loss mitigation practices are followed.
