Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in branch operations or management.
• Spanish language proficiency is desirable.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Knowledge of construction and industrial products is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support talent acquisition, development, and retention of branch sales and operations associates.
• Manage the branch in the Branch Manager’s absence and help drive sales and profitability.
• Coordinate procurement, inventory control, shipping/receiving, warehousing, and sales per company policies.
• Resolve branch-level issues; investigate damaged items, overcharges, and delays; adjust resources as needed.
• Manage inventory discrepancies and make adjustments.
• Serve customers and support counter/inside sales; ensure accurate and timely billing; schedule staff and monitor budgets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
