Job summary

White Cap is hiring an Assistant Branch Manager in Temecula, CA to lead branch operations and sales efforts on-site. You will support staff development, manage the branch when the Branch Manager is absent, and coordinate procurement, inventory, shipping, and warehousing to ensure service excellence.

The role requires 5+ years of experience, strong customer service, and the ability to drive profitability. A company vehicle may be used, with an MVR check as part of the process.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in branch operations.
• Experience coordinating procurement, inventory, shipping and warehousing.
• Strong customer service and sales support skills.
• Ability to manage branch in absence of Branch Manager.
• Must operate a vehicle and pass MVR.

Responsibilities

• Support branch staff development and retention.
• Manages branch in Manager’s absence and drives sales.
• Coordinates procurement, inventory, shipping, warehousing and sales.
• Resolves customer complaints and inventory issues.
• Schedules staff, analyzes budgets and variances.
• Serves customers and supports counter/inside sales.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Operates a vehicle; MVR check required.
