Job summary

White Cap Supply Holdings, LLC. is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager for our California on-site operation. The role supports branch sales and operations, backups the Branch Manager, and coordinates procurement, inventory, and warehousing while ensuring accurate billing and timely order processing.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in branch operations, knowledge of construction products, and may have forklift experience or Oracle proficiency. Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

Typically 5+ years of branch operations experience.
Spanish language proficiency preferred.
Knowledge of construction and industrial products.

Responsibilities

Support talent acquisition, development, and retention of branch sales and operations staff.
Assist Branch Manager in driving sales and profitability.
Coordinate procurement, inventory control, warehousing, and shipping.
Resolve branch-level problems; investigate complaints and delays.
Oversee counter and inside sales; ensure accurate billing and scheduling of staff.
