Sun East Federal Credit Union in Aston, PA is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to lead a team, drive sales, and deliver outstanding member service in a busy branch.

You will assist the Branch Manager, manage daily operations, train staff, handle member questions, and support new account openings while upholding our mission of people helping people.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to sell while building lasting relationships.
• Strong public relations and communication skills.
• Independent worker with good organizational skills.
• Basic typing and math skills.
• Banking or credit union experience preferred.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch staff in a sales-driven environment and uphold Sun East's mission.
• Help supervise operations and address member inquiries and issues.
• Participate in training new personnel and evaluating performance.
• Assist with account openings, ChexSystems reviews, and loan applications.
• Support branch operations including cash handling, vault, and ATM settlements.
• Fill in for Branch Manager as needed and coordinate with other departments.
