Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2 years Prior Supervisory Experience preferred
• Proven ability to sell while building lasting relationships
• Good public relations skills
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Good Organizational Skills
• Basic typing and math skills
• Previous Banking and/or credit union experience
• Previous Loan experience
• Bilingual skills a plus
• Background checks and post-offer drug test are conducted

Responsibilities

• Lead employees to create a successful sales environment and deliver excellent member service.
• Fill in for the Branch Manager in their absence and assist with personnel issues and member problems.
• Cross-sell and up-sell Credit Union products and services; process new accounts and loan applications; perform ChexSystems checks.
• Monitor the Branch Scorecard, correct errors, and assist teller operations including cash handling and ATM settlements.
• Perform vault duties, cash ordering, and shipping coins as needed.
