Heights Finance is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager in Joplin, MO. You will work with the Branch Manager to lead the team, deliver exceptional service to customers, and guide loan processes while ensuring compliance and strong customer support.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Branch Manager to lead the team and deliver exceptional service to customers.
• Foster Branch Growth by executing marketing plans, building relationships, and supporting daily operations.
• Guide loan processes for new and refinanced loans while ensuring compliance and strong customer service.
• Support delinquency management with care and problem solving for branch and customers.
• Lead by example in customer service and sales while addressing concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Provide coaching and training to team members and support ongoing development.
