Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to make a positive difference in the community through customer service or team support.
• Proven leadership and influence with a focus on growth and development.
• Commitment to career advancement and continuous learning.
• Experience guiding clients or stakeholders through processes with support and advice.
• Ability to support and contribute to team growth in a collaborative environment.
• Education: HS diploma or equivalent; an associate/bachelor’s is a plus.
• Industry experience: 1–2 years in consumer finance, lending, or banking preferred.

• Guide Loan Processes by assisting with new/refinanced loans and ensuring compliance.
• Support Delinquency Management by addressing delinquent accounts with care.
