Heights Finance invites you to join a dynamic team supporting consumers across the United States. As an Assistant Branch Manager, you will work with the Branch Manager to lead the team and deliver exceptional service, guiding customers through providing suitable financial solutions.

The role emphasizes coaching, training, and ongoing development, with a schedule Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm and potential evenings or weekends based on demand.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to make a positive difference in the community through customer service or team support.
• Proven leadership and ability to influence others.
• Commitment to career development and continuous learning.
• Experience guiding clients through processes with supportive guidance.
• Ability to support and grow a team in a collaborative environment.
• Educational background with a high school diploma or higher is preferred.
• 1–2 years in consumer finance, lending, or banking is favored.

Responsibilities

• Foster Branch Growth: Implement marketing strategies, nurture relationships, support daily operations.
• Guide Loan Processes: Assist with new and refinanced loans, ensuring compliance while delivering service.
• Support Delinquency Management: Address delinquent accounts with care and findBeneficial solutions.
• Lead by Example: Set a positive standard for customer service and sales.
• Inspire the Team: Provide coaching, training, and ongoing support to the team.
• Continue to Evolve: Engage in ongoing training and development, set personal goals, contribute to succession planning.
