F&M Trust is hiring an Assistant Community Office Manager in Mont Alto, PA. This leadership role partners with the Community Office Manager to supervise daily branch operations, coach associates, and grow customer relationships while helping achieve sales and service goals.

You will open consumer and business deposit accounts, process loan applications, and identify opportunities to refer clients to additional banking products and services.
