Job summary

Alliance Catholic Credit Union is seeking an accomplished Assistant Branch Manager for Troy, MI to support operations, audits, and team development in a fast-paced environment. You will mentor staff, train team members, and act as the main liaison between members and the credit union.

The role emphasizes strong member service, proactive communication, and a drive to identify opportunities that turn leads into loyal members while delivering exceptional financial solutions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of teller/customer service experience in a credit union or similar environment.
• High School Diploma or higher; associate degree preferred.
• Strong leadership, training, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist the branch manager with operation management.
• Assist branch manager with all branch audits.
• Motivate and mentor all branch team members.
• Develop and train all branch team members.
• Interface between current and potential members and the credit union.
• Help members achieve financial goals by recommending suitable products and services.
• Support a strong member service culture with high energy and professional communication.

Alliance Catholic Credit Union is seeking an exceptional and experienced Assistant Branch Manager who thrives in a well-organized, fast-paced, and multi-task driven environment. This position will be reporting directly to the Branch Manager.

The ideal candidate:

• Ability to assist the branch manager with operation management
• Ability to assist branch manager with all branch audits
• Ability to motivate and mentor all branch team members
• Ability to develop and train all branch team members
• The qualified applicant will serve as an interface between current and potential members and the credit union.
• Responsibilities include; helping members achieve their financial goals by identifying the best product and service solutions to fulfill their financial needs.
• This position requires a proven ability to support a strong member service culture, as well as a motivated individual who is enthusiastic, high-energy, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
