Job summary

Hublot North America is seeking an Assistant Boutique Director for our Dallas boutique. You will support the Boutique Director in all operations, staff management, and in maximizing boutique performance.

The role requires a strong background in luxury retail, leadership, and client service, with responsibilities spanning daily operations, display management, inventory, and events. Full-time with benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and minimum 5 years of related experience
• Previous retail luxury experience required
• Minimum of 2 years in a retail management role and previous experience in assisting manage a store required
• Strong organizational skills
• Good leadership skills and team management
• High customer focus and strong interpersonal skills
• Thorough understanding of timepieces industry desired

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of customer service in all areas of negotiation, client satisfaction and after-sales service
• Ensure the integrity of the brand in the boutique according to HQ standards
• Ensure daily display follows HQ guidelines and rotation on a regular basis
• Back office and administration
• Weekly reporting on boutique sales and operations
• Provide necessary feedback on inventory mix, stock orders and inventory controls
• Manage logistics of returns and after-sales inventory
• Assist in focusing the team on financial targets of the boutique, including sales, discounts and inventory
• Events, activations and networking
• Assist in all logistic of boutique event organized by the brand
• Ensure boutique Instagram account is updated following the HQ guidelines
• CRM: ensure customer database is up to date and provide necessary information Management
• Provide mentoring to Sales Associates on the floor in customer service and relationship as well as ensuring that all Retail guidelines, policies & procedure of the company are followed
• Acting manager on the floor when Boutique Director is not present in the boutique
