Job summary

Hublot is seeking a Store Planning Coordinator for a temporary assignment to support the Americas function, coordinating new openings, renovations, and repairs across the region. The role ensures projects align with brand standards, timelines, and budgets, while expanding scope to include Mexico and LATAM.

You will liaise with HQ Store Planning, local teams, and external partners, manage cross‑market activities, and assist in documentation and cost control. Travel up to 30% is required.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2–3 years’ experience in store planning, architecture, construction, or project coordination.
  • Knowledge of shopfitting, construction, and materials.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D/3D, Adobe Photoshop/InDesign, technical drawings, and MS Office.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and project coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage communication across multiple stakeholders and time zones.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong sense of ownership, follow‑through, and accountability.
  • Problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • French and/or Spanish language skills a plus.
  • Travel required (up to 30%+) across Hublot Americas boutiques, including Mexico and LATAM.

Responsibilities

  • Store Planning & Project Coordination: End‑to‑end store planning for new openings, renovations, renewals, and repairs across the Americas.
  • Project Monitoring & Quality Support: Track status, timelines, budgets, deliverables; escalate risks as needed; maintain doc updates.
  • Stakeholder Communication & Coordination: Liaise between HQ Store Planning and local teams; coordinate with Retail, Finance.
  • Vendor, Contractor & Cost Support: Coordinate vendors/contractors; onboarding in Mexico and LATAM; track CAPEX.
  • Procurement & Delivery Coordination: Support procurement and delivery schedules for materials and fixtures; cross‑border logistics.
  • Design Localization & Material Support: Adapt HQ materials for local markets; coordinate with architects/contractors.
  • Regional Process & Documentation Support: Standardize processes; build supplier networks across NA, Mexico, LATAM.

Store Planning Coordinator (Temporary Assignment)

POSITION SUMMARYThe Coordinator, Store Planning (Temporary Assignment) supports the Americas Store Planning function in coordinating new openings, renovations, repairs, and other retail space projects across the region. This role provides operational, technical, and administrative support to ensure projects progress smoothly, align with Hublot’s brand standards, and meet timeline and budget expectations. As the region’s project scope expands to include Mexico and LATAM, this temporary role will assist in managing cross‑market coordination, vendor communication, and project documentation, acting as a key support link between HQ Store Planning, local teams, and external partners.

Job responsibilities
Store Planning & Project Coordination
  • Support the end‑to‑end store planning process for new openings, renovations, renewals, and repairs across the Americas.
  • Assist with project timelines, layout coordination, and execution activities in alignment with HQ design direction.
  • Help manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely follow‑up and task completion.
Project Monitoring & Quality Support
  • Track project status, timelines, budgets, and deliverables; escalated risks or delays as needed.
  • Provide accurate updates and documentation during design and execution phases.
  • Maintain working knowledge of local regulations and market‑specific requirements across the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and LATAM.
  • Support quality control checks to ensure compliance with Hublot standards.
Stakeholder Communication & Coordination
  • Serve as a support liaison between HQ Store Planning and local teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate communication with Retail, Finance, and other departments to ensure alignment on priorities and timelines.
  • Assist with interactions involving department stores, landlords, and external partners.
Vendor, Contractor & Cost Support
  • Support vendor and contractor coordination, including scheduling, documentation, and follow‑up.
  • Assist in identifying and onboarding new suppliers in Mexico and LATAM.
  • Help track CAPEX and store‑related costs in partnership with Retail and Finance.
  • Contribute to cost‑efficiency efforts through monitoring and documentation.
Procurement & Delivery Coordination
  • Support procurement activities and delivery schedules for materials, fixtures, and project components.
  • Coordinate logistics and cross‑border delivery requirements to ensure readiness for openings and renovations.
Design Localization & Material Support
  • Assist in the local adaptation and implementation of HQ‑specified design materials and fixtures.
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure proper execution of design intent.
  • Support documentation of technical developments, updates, and best practices.
Regional Process & Documentation Support
  • Help standardize store planning processes and documentation across North America, Mexico, and LATAM.
  • Contribute to building and organizing supplier and contractor networks in newly added markets.
Profile
