Ever wonder why you never think about where your water goes? Because people like us make sure you never have to.

Every time a Floridian flushes, showers, or turns on a tap, something Marolf built is probably doing its job underground. We're a water and wastewater general contractor based in New Port Richey. We build the infrastructure that keeps communities running: pump stations, treatment plants, lift stations and force mains. That includes rebuilding barrier-island systems after Hurricane Ian.

We're growing fast. Bid volume is up, we've restructured our preconstruction team, and we just moved our entire bid operation onto our own in-house platform. Now we need someone to help run the engine.

Assistant Bid Coordinator

New Port Richey, FL (on-site)

Reports to: VP of Revenue / Estimating Team

What you'll actually do

• Hunt:Track public bid opportunities across Florida's cities, counties and utilities so nothing worth chasing slips past us.
• Organize:Pull plans, specs and addenda, load them into our bid system, and keep every bid file clean and current.
• Chase:Request sub and supplier quotes, follow up (then follow up again), and log what comes back.
• Guard the clock:Own the bid calendar, including pre-bids, question deadlines, addenda, bond requests and due dates.
• Assemble:Build complete bid packages (forms, bonds, licenses, certs) that go out right and on time.
• Close the loop:Keep the pipeline current every day so leadership always knows where every bid stands.
