Ideal candidates bring 15+ years of experience, a Florida PE license, and strong skills in ICPR, SWMM, HEC-RAS, ArcGIS, Civil 3D, and Bentley.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Water Resources.
  • 15+ years of experience in drainage and water resources projects.
  • Florida PE license.
  • Expertise in ICPR, SWMM, HEC-RAS, and proficiency in Bentley ORD, Civil 3D, and ArcGIS.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record in business development and managing multidiscipline teams.

  • Lead complex projects from concept through delivery, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget.
  • Drive business development efforts - identify leads, develop proposals, and build client relationships.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and subconsultants to deliver innovative solutions.
