The Global Ambassador Hotel in Phoenix seeks an experienced Bell/Valet Supervisor to oversee daily guest services and guide a dedicated team toward Forbes five-star service. You will coordinate with departments to ensure seamless guest experiences from arrival to departure.
Reporting to the Bell/Valet Manager, you’ll lead pre-shift meetings, provide feedback, and ensure safety protocols while managing scheduling and transport-related tasks for a top-tier luxury setting.

Reports directly to the Bell/Valet Manager and assists in overseeing daily guest services operations.
Supervise, train, and mentor valet and bell team members to uphold Forbes' five-star service standards .
Lead pre-shift meetings and provide coaching and performance feedback .
Coordinate with departments (Front Desk, Events, Engineering, Security, Housekeeping) to ensure smooth guest experiences.
Oversee valet parking and luggage handling, ensuring timely , safe, and efficient service.
Support guests with transportation, directions, and local information.
Ensure staff maintain thorough knowledge of hotel amenities and local area highlights.
Maintain cleanliness and order in guest service areas, entrances, and parking zones.
Manage incident reports, guest recovery, and follow-up communications.
Enforce safety, security, and vehicle key management protocols.
Inspect and maintain bell/valet equipment and coordinate repairs.
Handle scheduling, payroll assistance , and labor management based on business levels.
Monitor and report daily operational statistics.
Assist in interviewing, hiring, and training new team members.
Oversee financial tasks including tip disbursements, PM charges, and porterage fees.
Coordinate departmental incentives and approve necessary purchases.
Operate and maintain house vehicles in accordance with standards.
Demonstrate flexibility and sound judgment in fast-paced or changing situations.
2+ years of high-volume luxury hotel Bell/Valet experience or Hospitality management
Exceptional communication skills with a keen eye for detail
Highly organized multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment
An open, curious mind with a desire to deliver a tailored guest experience. Must have a hospitality mindset , from arrival to departure, front of house and back of house
Comfortable with candid & open direction and ability to act upon feedback, while keeping guest and employee experience top of mind
