Author & Edit Hospitality's The Global Ambassador in Phoenix invites a seasoned restaurant leader to guide a premier luxury dining concept at a MICHELIN-recognized property.

You will shape the restaurant's concept, lead a high-performing team, oversee menus, service standards, events, and guest experiences while driving exceptional hospitality and business results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of restaurant management experience in a luxury dining environment.
• Strong leadership abilities and business acumen with attention to detail.
• Desire to launch an exciting new restaurant concept at a premier luxury property.
• Ability to lead, develop and mentor restaurant teams for exceptional hospitality.
• Experience shaping concepts, menus, service standards, and events.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations ensuring guest satisfaction and service quality.
• Oversee reservations, seating arrangements, and private events/banquets.
• Collaborate on menus, wine lists, and upscale offerings.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations in all restaurant activities.
• Develop and execute the restaurant concept, vision, and direction.
• Drive financial performance and inventory controls.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of restaurant management experience in a luxury dining environment, preferably in a hotel setting.
• You have superb leadership abilities, business acumen, attention todetail,and a passion for providing exceptional hospitality.

• Ability to provide leadership and direction contributing to the success of the hotel through engaging, developing, and mentoring individuals and the restaurant teams
• Assistin developing and executing the overall concept,visionand direction for the restaurant, including the food and beverage program, service style and standards, entertainment options,ambianceand décor.
• Collaborate on creating menus, wine lists, and other offerings that align with the restaurant's upscale positioning.
• Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellent guest experiences, operational efficiency, quality and consistency of food and service, inventorycontrols,and financial performance.
• Oversee guest reservations, seatingarrangements,and private events/banquet functions.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Foster positive relations with restaurant members, hotel guests,vendors,and staff.

Pay Range

$90,000 - $100,000 USD
