Zusammenfassung

LEARN Behavioral is seeking an Assistant Behavior Analyst to support children and families with ABA services. The role provides clinical direction to behavior technicians, oversees treatment for a client caseload, and helps staff maintain high standards of care and documentation.

You will collaborate with families, colleagues, and other providers, continuing your professional development while delivering meaningful clinical outcomes across our nationwide programs.

Qualifikationen

• BaCBA and/or licensure as required by local statutes to deliver behavior analysis.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Ability to walk, stand, and sit throughout the workday; lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in loud, high-stimulation environments.
• Willingness to supervise technicians and deliver treatment per ABA protocols.

Aufgaben

• Deliver protocol modification, assessment services, and family treatment guidance.
• Provide clinical direction to technicians.
• Use data to drive clinical programming.
• Document services accurately and timely per policy.
• Attend mandatory trainings and required meetings.
• Report clinical and scheduling concerns promptly.
• Provide feedback to staff and supervise as needed.
• Complete other tasks assigned by supervisor.
