LEARN Behavioral seeks an Assistant Behavior Analyst to support children and families across center, home, community and school settings. You will supervise behavior technicians and oversee treatment delivery under a Behavior Analyst, guiding clinical programming and data-driven decisions.

The role emphasizes collaboration with parents and teams, ongoing professional development, and adherence to ABA guidelines while contributing to measurable client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• BaCBA certification and/or licensure as required by local statutes to deliver behavior analysis.
• Ability to develop goals, organize work, and prioritize tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication with families and team members.
• Ability to monitor performance and adapt plans as needed.
• Willingness to learn and apply ABA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver protocol modification and assessment services per LEARN standards.
• Provide clinical direction to technicians.
• Use data to drive clinical programming.
• Document services accurately and timely per policies.
• Attend required trainings and meetings and report concerns.
• Provide feedback to staff and supervise when needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and ABA guidelines.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
