Job summary

NeuLife Rehabilitation of Michigan is seeking a Clinical Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee behavioral therapy services across the organization and collaborate with the management team to develop new programs and enhance existing services.

The role requires a Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field and current BCBA certification in Michigan, with 2–5 years of experience with developmental disabilities or TBI preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field is required.
• BCBA certification in Michigan is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments for persons served in the program.
• Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive behavior support plans.
• Provide training to management and direct care staff regarding behavior support plans.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and provide behavioral services recommendations.
• Monitor progress toward behavior support goals and complete required progress reports for the billing department.
• Attend appointments as needed and communicate updates with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Provide after-hours on-call support for persons served experiencing behavioral concerns, as needed.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation in accordance with standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
