Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking an Assistant Baker in the San Antonio area to partner with the Baker and ensure cakes of the highest quality are produced for guests. You will follow proprietary recipes and production standards to help meet production demands.

Typical shifts are Monday through Friday 7:00am to 3:00pm with holiday coverage. A raise is expected at 90 days for excellent performance, with strict adherence to health, safety, and personal hygiene guidelines.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
• No formal education or work experience required, but experience in a bakery is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Follow NbC recipes and cake production methods with precision and achieve productivity goals.
• Operate measuring instruments, mixers and ovens to bake cakes.
• Assist baker with preparing ingredients and placing pans in the oven; monitor baking process.
