Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow NbC recipes and cake production methods with accuracy.
• Operate mixers and ovens to bake cakes according to standards.
• Prepare raw ingredients and stage for baking; monitor baking process.
• Assist baker with daily production flow and ensure timely output.
• Label, package, and store baked cakes following health guidelines.
• Keep workstation clean and restocked for next shift.
