Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking an Assistant Baker/Utility to partner with the Baker and ensure high-quality cake production. You will follow proprietary recipes, operate commercial bakery equipment, and help meet production demands while upholding strict health and safety standards.

The role supports the bakery team, with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and clean, organized work practices. Flexibility across shifts and a commitment to excellence are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow exact measurements and timing on recipes.
• Experience with food safety and sanitation standards is preferred.
• Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Wash, sanitize and restock pans, dishes and tools.
• Assist Baker with preparing raw ingredients and managing the baking process.
• Monitor production flow and ensure proper packaging and labeling of cakes.
