Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking an Assistant Baker to support daily production of high-quality cakes. You will follow proprietary recipes, operate bakery equipment, and assist the Baker to ensure consistent, delicious results for guests.

Must be able to handle a fast-paced environment, lift up to 50 pounds, and maintain strict health and safety standards. Training and development opportunities are provided along with employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Understand recipes, procedures, and health and safety rules.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Operate commercial bakery equipment and ovens.
• Meticulous with exact measurements and fast-paced production.

Responsibilities

• Follow NbC proprietary recipes and production methods with precision.
• Use measuring instruments, mixers, ovens to bake cakes.
• Assist baker with preparing ingredients and packaging finished products.
• Maintain sanitation and restock workstation for next shift.
• Adhere to health, safety, and dress code standards.
