Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking an Assistant Baker to join our team and help produce high-quality cakes for our guests. You will work with the Baker, following our proprietary recipes and food safety standards to ensure consistency across flavors and sizes.

Qualifications

• Follow NbC proprietary recipes with precision.
• Assist bakery operations and maintain food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Follow NbC proprietary recipes and cake production methods with precision and achieve productivity goals.
• Effectively utilize measuring instruments, mixers and ovens to bake cakes.
• Assist baker with preparing raw ingredients and equipment for baking.
• Assist baker with daily baking and production flow and processes.
• Maintain correct packaging, labeling and storage of baked cakes; rotation of product.
• Clean, sanitize and restock workstation; ensure sufficient baking supplies for the next shift.
• Comply with health and safety guidelines and NbC policies including dress code and hygiene.
• Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
