Responsibilities

• Support Senior Attorney staff reviewing PARS for multiple case types including overcharge, lease violations, rent stabilization and rent control, substantial rehabilitation, and eviction.
• Conduct legal research on rent stabilization and rent control laws.
• Track Article 78 appeals of PAR orders and other court cases involving rent laws.
