Our client is seeking a Staff Attorney to join its housing law team and provide legal services to low-income individuals, families, and tenant groups. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney passionate about tenant advocacy, affordable housing, and social justice to handle matters from initial intake through negotiation and litigation.
The attorney will represent tenants in housing-related matters while also working closely with community organizations and tenant groups to provide education, advocacy, and support. The position requires regular travel to court, particularly Manhattan Housing Court.
