Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with intercollegiate varsity and/or collegiate club sports or recreation management experience.
• Ability to work independently and evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of club and intramural sports, including scheduling, budgeting, medical clearance, home contests, and equipment inventory.
• Oversee daily operations of the Pappas Fitness Center, including scheduling maintenance and budgeting.
• Serve as Administrator on Duty for home contests and post-season events; supervise events and tournaments.
• Manage the student employment program; budget work-study with relevant offices; recruit and evaluate student workers.
• Oversee varsity head coaches and provide sport oversight at intercollegiate varsity level as appropriate.
• Participate in the Student Affairs Leadership Team and other campus committees as assigned.
